In 1996 we discovered a property advertisement in Switzerland by Markus Bösch and we thought we had found the house that we had been looking for. We couldn’t travel immediately to Portugal and later received an email that another client had bought “our” house. We were very disappointed but decided to spend our vacation in Portugal that spring ´96 to look at houses with Markus Bösch.
At first it wasn’t very promising as we wanted a habitable house. However as we were ready to leave, Markus showed us the photos of a habitable property which looked great. After not wanting to sell it for 15 years, the owner had only just decided to sell it that day. We were convinced that it was the one waiting for us……….!
We were very happy that Markus took care of all the paperwork and also issues over the well, so that when we came back in the fall, everything was in order and we even had water in the house.
We are very proud of our property, which has become in recent years our home. It has a main house and several outbuildings. Casa de Adega was reconstructed in 1999 and since 2000 we have been able to welcome many very nice international people & families with us.
We felt we received good advice and can absolutely recommend Markus Bösch.
