Ribeiro da Pereira is a beautiful property in an excellent, central location.
Embedded in beautiful nature lies this small but precious gem with all the requirements for a simple lifestyle in touch with nature…
A ready-to-move in tiny-house (currently still inhabited) offers a year-around living space for a small family. The timber house, which was originally built as a mobile building on wheels, has been legalised in the meantime according to the city council’s request.
It was built with a footprint of 30m2 in a completely healthy, eco-friendly manner and finds itself beautifully hidden amidst trees and plants.
The outside wooden panelling was done with larch timber and the insulation with local cork.
In addition to the tiny-house there are further living spaces in the form of 2 roofed caravans, one of which was entirely renovated including formwork, wood fiber insulation from Gutex and a wood burner. It currently serves as a guest house.
A converted container is also on the property and serves as an outdoor kitchen.
A small wooden cabin provides a shower unit and a running compost toilet.
The property borders a water stream which carries water year-around, therefore making it exceptionally fertile and ideal for gardening and agricultural purposes. There are several fruit trees on the property, such as approx. 25 olive trees, apples, walnuts, cherries, grape vines for approx. 200l of grape juice / wine, and more.
The water supply runs autonomously through a water-rich well and a large water deposit with a capacity of 8.000 litres.
Mains electricity is connected.
Approx. 5-10 minutes by foot to the village of Graça, with a mini-mercado, a flour mill, restaurant and cafe.
Both towns of Figueiro dos Vinhos and Pedrogao Grande with basic infrastructure are reachable within 10 minutes by car.
Approx. 1 hour to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast.
2 hours to both international airports of Lisbon and Porto.
