A ready-to-move in tiny-house (currently still inhabited) offers a year-around living space for a small family. The timber house, which was originally built as a mobile building on wheels, has been legalised in the meantime according to the city council’s request.
It was built with a footprint of 30m2 in a completely healthy, eco-friendly manner and finds itself beautifully hidden amidst trees and plants.
The outside wooden panelling was done with larch timber and the insulation with local cork.

There are several fruit trees on the property, such as approx. 25 olive trees, apples, walnuts, cherries, grape vines for approx. 200l of grape juice / wine, and more.

Location and Distances

Approx. 5-10 minutes by foot to the village of Graça, with a mini-mercado, a flour mill, restaurant and cafe.
Both towns of Figueiro dos Vinhos and Pedrogao Grande with basic infrastructure are reachable within 10 minutes by car.

Approx. 1 hour to the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast.
2 hours to both international airports of Lisbon and Porto.
